Ms. Anne Dean


VP, Brand Deployment at SGK, Anne’s seasoned background in branding and design gives her a unique insight into how businesses must translate broad strategies into clear objectives and action plans to deploy successfully in-market. Her keen strategic insight, coupled with her pragmatic knowledge of bringing brands to market ensures that SGK delivers the right KPIs to global and North American CPGs and retailers. As a member of SGK’s America’s Leadership Team, Anne leads SGK’s Canadian office in the delivery of solutions designed to improve the bottom-line efficiency for brands. Honored twice by Nestlé for partner excellence, Anne also currently manages one of SGK’s major retail accounts globally.
Prior to Anne’s current role, she served as VP, Client Integration for SGK’s Americas region, onboarding new client business and successfully integrating people, processes, services and technologies to create a seamless working experience for all stakeholders.
Earlier in her career at SGK, Anne served as the Managing Director for multiple Anthem offices where she was instrumental in creating many long-term relationships with key clients in leading consumer packaged goods and retail accounts such as: Avery Dennison, Bayer, ConAgra, McCain Foods, Nestlé, Ocean Spray, Pfizer, Procter & Gamble, Safeway, Sears, True Value and Walmart.


Mr. Milton J. Moskowitz

Milton MoskowitzMr. Moskowitz is currently at the helm of his Management Consultant business, Moskowitz & Associates Inc.  In addition, he acts as an intermittent executive for corporations upon request.  Previously, he was President & General Manager for Rubbermaid Office Products Canada Inc. Rubbermaid is a manufacturer of desktop paper storage and filing systems, and molded plastic computer furniture and accessories with $20 million sales. He was President with Eldon Industries Inc. (NYSE) when acquired in 1991 by Rubbermaid and appointed President and GM of merged companies.  Mr. Moskowitz is a professional engineer, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and Business Certificate from the University of Toronto and is an FCMC (Fellow, Association of Management Consultants; certified as CMC).  Over the past 20 years Mr. Moskowitz has served on many public company Boards and private company Advisory Boards.


Sandy Adam

Mr. Sandy Adam 

Sandy Adam was CEO of Algoma Steel from 1996 until his retirement in 2002. Prior to this he was a Senior Vice-President with Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada where he gained firsthand experience in Japanese manufacturing methods. Mr. Adam was also employed with Stelco Inc. where he held various management positions and gained a broad range of experience.  Mr. Adam is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors. He sits as a director of two public companies, Gennum Inc. and HSE Integrated Ltd. He is Chair of the Board of Directors of Hamilton Utilities Corporation.
Mr. Adam earned a B.A. from the University from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.


Terry Foster

Mr. Terry Foster

Terry Foster is President of Cision Canada. Prior to joining Cision, he served as CEO of a Toronto based company that uses social and traditional media and viral video to support enterprise PR, corporate communications and marketing strategies. From 2006 to 2009 he was Executive Vice President and COO of BurrellesLuce, NY. Terry began his career at Durrants in London, UK as an account manager rising to Director of Client Services. As an entrepreneur, he has invested in and advised many social tech start-ups in Toronto.
