In the event that the SAB would be replaced, all you need to do is turn one section of the ThorPlas insert 90 degrees and drop the section out. At that point, the other section will easily come out. There is no need to drive the stainless steel outer race out of the housing. After that, take the new inserts and just complete the process in reverse.
