April 4, 2025

As you know, last year we had an amazing year and I would like to thank all of you for helping us achieve great sales success!
With the current growth and the 2025 forecast, we wanted to let you know our plans to continue to invest in buildings, equipment and people to support our sales growth.

Our current investment plans are outlined below.

  • We have received all our city permits for the 2044 m2 (22,000 ft2) building located very close to our Head Office
  • The roof has been redone as well as newly installed HVAC systems.
Plumbing and electrical is next and then factory set up and office construction
  • We plan to move our non-bearing production (TG100 seals, Water Quality Packages), New Product Development and Thordon sister company - Marsh Brothers Aviation - to the new building to free up much needed working space at our Head Office location at 3225 Mainway

New CNC Lathe for TG-DNALOP Factory

  • High volume ThorPlas-Blue machining
  • Machine new ThorPlas production tooling
  • Increase our TG100 machining capacity
  • Machine polymer for EU delivered project assemblies

New Large Capacity Oven at 3225 Mainway

  • This will increase our daily output of polymer bearing production by 15%

New State-of-the-Art Polymer Production Equipment

  • This will increase our production output specifically for RiverTough

New People and Departments

  • Implementation of a PMO (Project Management Office) with more support staff – Estimators
  • Engineering structure change to support increased hydro-turbine projects – Mark Fucic to lead hydro projects
  • Increase in production staff and machinists at Head Office

We are looking forward to implementing these plans to support your sales growth.

Thank you.
