Project Management Office Update

Jan 06, 2026

January 2026

Effective January 1, 2026, the Project Management Office (PMO) will be in effect to lead and manage our project-based business. Given the significant growth potential for our project business in both marine and hydro, a decision was made to strengthen our capability and ability to meet the demands of our customers.

In 2024, Mr. Nishant Verma (PMP) was hired as a Senior Project Manager to lead and develop our project management team and processes. ln this new function, Nishant will be leading our vision for project management building on the foundation created by our current team.

After an incredible career spanning over 38 years, Ms. Pamela Cramp has made the decision to head into a well-earned retirement from Thordon Bearings. Her project proposal knowledge has helped shape and support Customer Service and Project Management initiatives at Thordon Bearings. Pamela is held in the highest regard by our internal Thordon team and Distributors globally and will be missed. Pamela’s final day of employment will be Monday, January 5th, 2026.

With the creation of the PMO, our Commercial Proposal Managers (Andrew Stewart and Andy Sarji) will now report to Nishant Verma and will be part of the PMO.

Thordon looks forward to further strengthening and developing the PMO to meet the professional project management office needed to meet the growing demands of our industry and customers, for today and tomorrow. For further information or inquiries, please contact your Regional Manager or Customer Service Rep.
