To further support sales growth and partner success, Thordon has introduced a dedicated Sales Enablement function within the Commercial Team. The objective is to focus on improving consistency, clarity, and speed in how we bring solutions to market, while equipping our distributor network and sales teams with scalable best practices as we continue to expand strategic markets and applications.

We are pleased to welcome Nadia Parkinson as Sales Enablement Manager, reporting directly to Scott Groves, VP of Sales.
Nadia brings extensive experience aligning field execution with commercial strategy, having worked in complex, distribution-driven industries where partner success and sales enablement is critical. She will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the right tools, insights, and support are in place – always with a people first approach.
This investment reflects Thordon’s continued commitment to growth, strong partner collaboration, and delivering value efficiently across all markets and industries we serve. We look forward to what’s ahead as we continue growing together.
