TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE (TSR) - IWW GULF COAST REGION
Thordon is pleased to announce the newest addition to the Inland Waterways team, Jeremy Westerman. Jeremy has accepted the position of Technical Sales Representative - IWW Gulf Coast Region and began working with us July 7,2O25.
Born in Houma and raised in Thibodaux, Louisiana, Jeremy brings over 10 years of extensive experience in marine mechanics including engine overhauls and overall vessel maintenance. ln addition, Jeremey brings his experience as a port engineer. His expertise and background are expected to greatly enhance our growth and initiatives in the Inland Waterways market.
Jeremy currently resides in Labadieville, Louisiana with his wife Cassie, daughter Charlee and son Hudson. Beyond his professional pursuits, Jeremy enjoys spending time fishing, hunting, boating and cooking with the family.

[PROMOTION] REGIONAL DIRECTOR, NORTH AMERICA
Please join Thordon in congratulating Mr. Jason Perry on his promotion to the position of Regional Director – North America. Jason’s new role will have him focusing on expanding the distribution network and direct sales team in North America; to support the significant growth the company has experienced over the past four years, as well as to continue growing the business into the future.
Jason joined the Thordon team in 2013 as a Sales Representative for Marine Industries, our Inland Waterways Distributor at the time, before joining Thordon full-time in 2017. Since joining Thordon, Jason has held the titles of Technical Sales Representative, Territory Sales Manager, and Regional Manager.

CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
Thordon is very pleased to announce that Larry Gaspar has joined our team as the Customer Service Manager, effective since Monday, August 11th, 2025, reporting to Craig.
Larry has over 15 years' experience as a Customer Service Manager working with Lloyd's Register for the last nine years as Service Delivery Support Manager and Customer Support Manager. Larry brings strong expertise in SalesForce and CRM optimization, process re-engineering and delivering the highest quality customer service at a global level.
Larry has a Business degree from Durham College and holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from McGill University.

[PROMOTION] REGIONAL DIRECTOR, ASIA PACIFIC
Please join Thordon in congratulating Mr. Sam Williams on his promotion to the position of Regional Director – Asia Pacific (APAC). Sam joined Thordon in 2013 and shortly thereafter assumed the significant task of transitioning the distributor in China. Aside from successfully upgrading Thordon’s largest distributor covered territory, Sam has also led the improvement of other territories, most recently Singapore, which has shown a sales increase of nearly 100% in their first year.
Further to Sam’s distribution management responsibilities, in 2024, Sam took on the challenge of “Thordonizing the Fleet APAC” as well as HR duties. Working with Ms. Poh Ling Chew, this has also proven to be highly successful.
Now in Sam’s director role, his task will be to guide further investment in the APAC region, continuing to grow the business and support sales.

MERCHANT FLEET BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (BDM) - NORTHERN EUROPE
Thordon is very pleased to announce that Mr. Martin Linder has accepted the position of Merchant Fleet Marine Business Development Manager (BDM) - Northern Europe, started Sept. 22, 2025, and reporting to Craig.
Martin joins us with considerable experience in the commercial marine market with previous positions with ship onboard waste disposal systems, ballast water treatment systems (Optimarin), and propulsion controls and CPP propellers with Berg Propulsion in Sweden. He has sold many marine products to merchant fleet ship owners and has a strong understanding of the commercial marine market, especially in Europe and Asia. Martin has a Masters' degree in Chemical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology (Sweden) and speaks Swedish, Japanese and English.
Martin will be focusing on strengthening relationships with both existing and new merchant fleet ship owners in northern Europe with the goal of getting T-BOSS® and COMPAC system specifications for merchant fleet newbuilds. He will be based in Onsala (near Gothenburg), Sweden.

[PROMOTION] US INLAND WATERWAYS MANAGER
Thordon is pleased to announce the promotion of Daniel DiSalvo to US Inland Waterways Manager, effective October 1, 2025.
Daniel brings an engineering background, personal drive, work ethic, problem solving skills and energy to a much-needed position in the US Inland Waterways. Daniel not only has practical sales and engineering experience; he also has completed professional business management training with his previous place of employment.
As Jason steps away from the day-to-day activities of the Inland Waterways team, Daniel will be responsible for the growth and operation of the team as well as managing inventory and outside business events.
As the Inland Waterways team continues to grow their business, I look forward to see where Daniel's leadership takes the team.

MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR
Thordon is very pleased to announce that Savannah Zelko has joined our team as the new Marketing Administrator, effective October 6th, 2025, reporting to Craig. Savannah started with us in a temporary function and has now joined the team as a permanent member. She will be taking over the duties related to our tradeshows, supporting our distributors and our sales and marketing functions for these events, as well as other responsibilities.
Before joining us, Savannah got her four-year, Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Marketing Management from the University of Guelph and we are happy to have her experience on our team. Outside of work, her interests include watching football, going to concerts, arts and crafts, spending time with family and friends, and shopping.
