2025 was an amazing year for Thordon and all our distributors. Thank you for helping us to make this happen. As we are now into 2026 and have ambitious growth goals for the year, we wanted to update you on our continued plans to invest in buildings, equipment, people, and YOU to support the sales growth.
New Thordon Building at 3180 Mainway, Burlington
- We are finally ready to officially open the building and will be having a ribbon cutting on May 2, 2026.
- Some departments have already moved over, and we plan to move our non-bearing production (TG100 seals, Water Quality Packages), New Product Development and Thordon sister company - Marsh Brothers Aviation
- This will free up much needed working space at our Head Office location at 3225 Mainway and improve production and lead times.
Equipment
- New Polymer line introduced and operational to increase capacity
- Polymer Line 7 upgraded to further support XL production
- New oven implemented to add capacity and flexibility
- New 4 AXIS CNC purchased. Install planned in September after Facility changes
- Large oven purchased. Installation 18-week lead-time.
New People and Departments
- In 2025, for Thordon there were 45 new hired employees in sales, support, production, machining, marketing, finance, and more at head office to help improve or production capabilities and support the monumental growth that you have been a part of.
- We’ve seen changes in Sales with the new Sales Enablement Manager Engineering structure change to support our external team.
2026 Regional Distributor Conferences
We are connecting once again at the regional distributor conferences that will take place in the Philippines, Canada, Panama & Germany this year. Please watch for Craig’s email and register as soon as you can. I look forward to seeing you all there.
