We are preparing our 2027 Thordon co-op marketing budget. There are different ways to promote Thordon products and your company in the marine, clean power, pump and industrial markets, and we have several marketing support programs available for you.

To improve organization, increase efficiency and streamline request management, we are asking that you submit your requests using our digital forms (linked below). Please review your 2027 marketing plans and requested co-op support with your Thordon Regional Manager before submitting your digital form. Thordon will then review your request and associated costs to ensure they align with our strategic sales initiatives.
The deadline to submit your request is November 20, 2026.
If you want co-op support in 2027, you must advise us before this date.
If you miss the deadline, we will be unable to support your efforts.
Eligible Promotional Activities and How to Apply
Our marketing co-op support program covers the following activities.

Tradeshows
Tradeshows Co-op Support Request Form
Eligible costs include: booth rental costs (including graphics), posters/images/models/samples, promotional giveaways, and costs for customer seminars.
Information required:
- Tradeshow name, location, and dates
- Total show cost, including booth space, booth walls and design – if the exact cost is not available, provide an estimate
(in your local currency) - Number of your principals represented at the exhibition booth
- Support is calculated by dividing the total show cost by the number of principals represented plus the distributor.
- For example, if the total show cost is $10,000 and four principals are represented, the cost is divided among five participants (four principals plus the distributor), resulting in $2,000 in support
- Note: Catering, shipping, sponsorships and other similar trade show costs are not covered
- Note: If you are requesting a specific amount, you must still provide the total show cost and the number of principals represented
Advertising
Advertising Co-op Support Request Form
Eligible activities include: advertising in trade magazines, digital ads, etc. – we have many advert examples!
Information required:
- Publication name
- Planned advertising date
- Advertising cost
- Note: All advertising copy must be approved by Thordon
Printed/Digital Thordon Brochures
Brochures/Translations Co-op Support Request Form
Eligible costs include: Translation of Thordon Bearings brochures into your local language
Information required:
- Brochure name and a link to the brochure or image
- Required translation language
- Required completion date
Important Information:
- You must submit new requests every year.
- If you have received marketing support in 2026 or in prior years and would like to have support again in 2027, you must submit a new request.
- If you overspend, we cannot pay you more than promised for your advertising or tradeshows.
